Best Storage Center Food Park was born from a simple idea: transform underutilized commercial space into a thriving community destination. Located at 1810 Fry Road in Houston, our property offered the perfect foundation — a spacious, well-located lot with excellent visibility and easy access.
We saw an opportunity to support local food entrepreneurs by providing an affordable, well-equipped space where they could grow their businesses without the burden of high rents or restrictive contracts. Our food park is more than just a parking lot — it’s a carefully designed environment with concrete flooring, bright lighting, security cameras, and full utility hookups.
Today, we’re proud to host 10 diverse food trucks serving everything from authentic tacos and Venezuelan empanadas to BBQ, burgers, and fresh-squeezed juices. We’re not just a food park — we’re a community gathering place where Houston comes to eat, relax, and enjoy.
