About Us
The Story Behind the Park
Very Rico Food Park was born from a simple idea: transform underutilized commercial space into a thriving community destination. We operate on the Best Storage Center property at 1810 Fry Road in Houston — a spacious, well-located lot with excellent visibility and easy access.
We saw an opportunity to support local food entrepreneurs by providing an affordable, well-equipped space where they could grow their businesses without the burden of high rents or restrictive contracts. Our food park is more than just a parking lot — it’s a carefully designed environment with concrete flooring, bright lighting, security cameras, and full utility hookups.
Today, we’re proud to host 5 diverse food trucks serving everything from Mexican birria tacos and Latin American empanadas to Persian burgers, Venezuelan hot dogs, and indulgent soul food desserts. We’re not just a food park — we’re a community gathering place where Houston comes to eat, relax, and enjoy.
